Where can I order your DVDs?

Our DVDs are available on our website, in physical form, and digital download. Streaming DVDs (archives) are available through our app “Xtreme Hip Hop with Phil” available in the App store, Play Store, and on Roku. We are also available on Amazon; this option is best for international customers. Download our app for more info! Please note if you see one of our DVDs or downloads on sale on any other platforms, it is NOT being sold by us!

 

Which program is right for me?

All of our programs are appropriate for any fitness level. Please consult a physician before starting any fitness programs. Xtreme Hip Hop with Phil Volume 2, Xtreme Hip Hop Beginners, Trilogy, and Xtreme Boyz The Movement DVD are step aerobic workouts set to instrumental and hip-hop music. Xtreme Hip Hop Beginners is for the novice stepper and Volume 2 is for intermediate and advanced level steppers. Xtreme Boyz the Movement is a combination of beginner and intermediate level step and traditional cardio. The Trilogy DVD is the latest DVD, and it is the most unique because it is a double disc set. Trilogy is the only DVD that breaks down Beginner and Intermediate/advanced moves.

 

Xtreme Burn and Xtreme Burn II are more traditional cardio programs featuring movements such as high knees, kicks, and punches. X 30 Challenge is 5 different short 30-minute cardio, weight resistance and abdominal workouts meant to be completed throughout the week. This DVD comes with a guide for completing the workouts. All 6 programs give you a diverse way to burn calories, fat, and build muscle without allowing your body to plateau. Do you ship internationally?

We offer international shipping options at checkout. For DVDs, visit Amazon for faster international shipping.

 

I recently placed an order. When can I expect delivery?

The processing time for all orders are up to 7 to 10 business days from date of purchase, however, they are usually shipped within a week. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

 

Do you offer Refunds/Exchanges?

We do not offer refunds on any of our programs or items sold. Please check the size chart when ordering merchandise, we do not offer exchanges. We will be happy to fix any order errors you may have. If your order is damaged or lost in transit, we can send a replacement. If your order tracking states that your item was delivered, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

 

How can I bring a class to my location?

For all booking inquiries, please click here and fill out the form to the best of your ability. Our booking agent will then contact you and answer any additional questions you have!

 

Is there an instructor in my area that teaches your class/Do you offer instructor certification?

How do I cancel my streaming subscription?

Click here to log in to your account and then click on your name to bring up the menu, then click on My Plans. Scroll the screen over to view cancelation options. You can cancel your plan from there.

 

How do I cancel Xtreme Streaming? / I deleted the app and am still being charged. 

·  The app from the app store is FREE. The app has a black/yellow color scheme.

·  Xtreme Streaming opens to xtremehiphopwithphil.muvi.com and has a black/green color scheme. You can save the website to your browser favorites for quick access.

·  ***Deleting/deactivating the app does not cancel a subscription.*** 

·  ***Emailing us to cancel does not cancel a subscription.*** 

·  To cancel/unsubscribe, you must login to the same place you signed up & entered your cc info.

·  After logging in, click on your name, and then on My Plans.

What step board/additional equipment do I need? Do you sell equipment?

We have partnered up with TheStep.com to bring you your very own Xtreme Hip Hop with Phil step board. You can purchase your step board through their website. Please note, all tracking information and any concerns you have will be handled through TheStep.com.

Certification Class Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

You may cancel a Certification Program registration up to 48 hours prior to the date of your original session. If you cancel within such time frame, you will be fully refunded, less a $75 processing fee. If you cancel within 48 hours or less, you will forfeit the entire fee.

No refunds are issued after the session has started.

No shows will forfeit the entire fee.

If you need to reschedule your class, you may do so up to 48 hours before the day of your session for a maximum of ONE time. If you are unable to attend the class you rescheduled for, you will forfeit your class fee.
